SON KULLANICI BEYANI END USER DECLARATION

Tum Musteriler Icin Siparis Onayinin On Kosulu HSF “Son Kullanici Beyani”nin Musteri tarafindan Doldurulmasi ve HSF Tarafindan Bu Formun Onaylanmasidir. A precondition for Order Acknowledgement for All Customers is the completion of the HSF "End User Declaration" by the Customer and the Approval of this Form by HSF.

Son Kullanici, Son Varis Noktasi ve Ozel Izin Sorumluluklari: Aksi belirtilmedikce bu teklif askeri amacli veya ihracati kisitlanmis urunler icerebilir. Musteri (kisi, sirket veya devlet kurumu) ve herturlu yan kuruluslari, HSF’den talep ettikleri bu urun yukarida belirtilen ozellikleri tasimasi halinde musteri oncelikle gerekli izin ve prosedurlerden sorumludur. End User, End Destination and Special Permission Responsibilities: Unless otherwise stated, this project may contain the items which are used for military purposes or whose export is restricted or the export of which requires a special permit. In case of the products have above mentioned special terms, firstly the customer (person, company or government agency) and/or its affiliated subsidiaries is responsible to undertake required permits and procedures.

Musterilerin bu teklifi kabul etmesi, bu kuralin bilincinde olduklarinin ve aksi ticari iliskilerden dogacak tum yasal sorumluluklari kabul ettikleri anlamindadir. Countries, Companies or Persons to whom Commercial Transactions are Prohibited: HSF's production and aeronautic after-market capabilities cover the aerospace platforms of US and European origin. Regardless of the usage platform, HSF does not enter a direct or indirect commercial relationship with all end-user countries, companies or individuals are prohibited by Turkish, UN, NATO, US and / or European-based legal institutions, whether in the field of military or civil aviation. In the scope of the referenced purchase order, we declare that we do not directly or indirectly provide services to the countries which are prohibited from establishing commercial relations in the field of aerospace industry, including Russia, Belarus, and Iran, within the scope of the Prohibited Country definition stated above.
