TEKLIF KOSULLARI TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE QUOTATION
Son Kullanici, Son Varis Noktasi ve Ozel Izin Sorumluluklari: Aksi belirtilmedikce bu teklif askeri amacli veya ihracati kisitlanmis urunler icerebilir. Musteri (kisi, sirket veya devlet kurumu) ve herturlu yan kuruluslari, HSF’den talep ettikleri bu urun yukarida belirtilen ozellikleri tasimasi halinde musteri oncelikle gerekli izin ve prosedurlerden sorumludur.
End User, End Destination and Special Permission Responsibilities: Unless otherwise stated, this project may contain items or products or components which are used for military purposes or whose export is restricted or the export of which requires a special permit The customer ( person, company or government agency) is activating an order for Loran, is responsible for all required permits and procedures for the import and or export and or production of these products, if the requested product contains the above-mentioned features.
Ticari Islemlerin Yasaklandigi Ulke, Sirket veya Kisiler: HSF’nin uretim ve tedarik kabiliyetleri ABD ve Avrupa menseili hava araclarini kapsamaktadir, bu nedenle kullanim platformuna bakilmaksizin ister askeri ister sivil havacilik alaninda olsun ABD ve/veya Avrupa merkezli yasal kurumlarca yasaklanan tum son kullanici ulke, sirket veya sahislarla HSF direk veya dolayli bir ticari iliski icine girmez. Musterilerin bu teklifi kabul etmesi, bu kuralin bilincinde olduklarinin ve aksi ticari iliskilerden dogacak tum yasal sorumluluklari kabul ettikleri anlamindadir.
Countries, Companies or Persons to whom Commercial Transactions are Prohibited: HSF's production and product supply capabilities cover the aerospace platforms of US and European origin. Regardless of the usage platform, HSF does not enter into a direct or indirect commercial relationship with all end-user countries, companies or individuals are prohibited by Turkish, UN, NATO, US and / or European-based legal institutions, whether in the field of military or civil aviation. Customers' acceptance of this offer means that they are aware of this rule and accept all legal responsibilities arising from blacklisted commercial relations.
Teklif Gecerlilik Suresi: Aksi belirtilmedikce, teklif gecerlilik suresi 30 gundur.
Validity Period of Quotation: Unless otherwise stated, the validity period of the quotation is 30 days.
Sertifika: HSF tarafindan uretilen veya tedarik edilen tum urunler HSF Uygunluk Beyani (Certificate of Conformity), HSF Urun Test Raportlari, harici uretici test raporlari ve varsa FAA/EASA sertifikalari ile birlikte teslim edilir.
Certificate: All products produced or supplied by HSF are delivered with the HSF Certificate of Conformity, HSF Product Test Reports, external manufacturer test reports, and OEM FAA/EASA certificates, if available.
Garanti Suresi: Aksi belirtilmedikce HSF tarafindan uretilen tum urunler 2 yil garanti altindadir. Eger urun bir tedarikci veya yetkili distributor araciligiyla tedarik ediliyorsa, bu tedarikcilerin garanti kosullari gecerlidir. HSf tarafindan tum urunler icin, HSF’nin urun sorumluluk bilinci urunun hayat dongusu ile sinirlidir.
Warranty Period: Unless otherwise specified, 2 years warranty period will be valid for all products which are produced by HSF. If the product is supplied through a vendor or distributor, the warranty terms of them will be valid. HSF's product liability is limited to the product lifespan for all products manufactured by HSF.
Odeme Kosulu: HSF ve musteri tarafindan aksi belilenmedikce, odeme kosulu On Odemedir.
Payment Term: Unless otherwise agreed in writing between HSF and customer, payment term is Pre-payment.
Teslimat Kosulu: HSF ve musteri tarafindan aksi belirlenmedikce, teslimat kosulu Ex-Works HSF fabrika, Ankara Turkiye’dir.
Delivery Term: Unless otherwise agreed in writing between HSF and customer, delivery term is Ex-Works Ankara/Turkiye at HSF facility address.
Tehlikeli Madde (Haz-Mat) Kisitlamasi: Tum HSF teklifleri tehlikeli urun teslimatlarinda uygulanan ek ucretleri veya sorumluluklari kapsamamaktadir HSF’nin tehlikeli urun bildirim zorunlulugu yoktur. Teslimat oncesi musteri tehlikeli madde paketlemesi ve navlun bedeli konusunda bilgilendirilir, musteri onayina istinaden paket teslimati yapilir. Olusan ekstra masraflarin odemesi ayri olarak faturalandirilir veya nakliye bedeline eklenir.
Hazardous Product (Haz-Mat) Restrictions: All HSF quotations excludes surcharges and handling fees resulting from hazmat shipments. HSF does not have any responsibilities to provide hazmat product notification. Before shipment, customer will be notified on hazmat packing and freight fee, depends on customer permission the package will be dispatched, and hazardous material surcharges and handling fees will be invoiced or charged to your freight account.
Urun Iade ve Para Iade Talebi: Taraflar arasinda aksi belirtilmedikce, HSF urun teslimat faturasindan itibaren 30 gune kadar urun iade ve para iade taleplerini degerlendirmektedir.
Product Return and Refund Request: HSF does not accept the product return and refund requests after 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
